SHIPPING policy

GENERAL

At Femme Wick, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible! This means your order should be processed within 3 business days.

Once processed, we will email you a notification that your items have shipped & provide you with the tracking information if available.

CANADIAN ORDERS

All Canadian orders placed with Femme Wick Studio are processed, packed & shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post. No duties will be incurred.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

US ORDERS

All packages are shipped using USPS. No duties or taxes will be incurred on United States shipments. We ship to the Contiguous United States only.

Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to Canada and the duties and taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to provide International shipping. Please know it will take approximately 8 - 10 business days once shipped.

CURRENCY

All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars. The currency converter provided serves as an exchange estimate only. A currency exchange will occur via your chosen method of payment once the transaction is complete.

RETURNS

Femme Wick does not accept returns. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order or if merchandise is damaged in transit within 48 hours of receiving your order.
